This is absolutely fantastic. Your knotwork is beautifully done and I know working with wood can be challenging! Stunning work :D

I went back and looked at it again and am in total awe of how wonderfully done it is. I'm thinking about doing some things like that on rocks to put my rock art through a serious evolutionary step. I'd like to get away from using other people's art so much (even tho it's still in demand) and put my knotwork on it. I am thinking of purchasing a dremel............I know you had to burn your wood, but did you use any specialty tools to accomplish this?

Hi Carla,
yes, you have to do this.. I want to do the same with celtic knots. I'm working on to do mine..
I believe dremel will help you a lot with your stones..
Mainly i use a pyrographer (wood burning tool). To do surface burns i had a small flame thrower. That's it!
